Local duo Jezebel Heart, the newest project from Britt Scott, plays Congress St. Up for a night of acoustic music. Scott’s songwriting is some of the best you’ll find in town, so this is a show not to be missed if you’re looking for something to do on Halloween night that’s maybe a little less Halloween-centric. Cocktails begin at 6:30 P.M., and the music kicks off at 9.
