Here's what's going on today (Saturday, March 31): One of the most unique presentations of the 2012 Savannah Music Festival is tonight at 8, at historic First African Baptist Church: The Hallelujah Train, a gospel performance from Pastor Brady Blade of Zion Baptist Church in Shreveport, La., with his church choir AND a band that includes his sons, acclaimed jazz/rock drummers Brady Blade Jr. and Brian Blade, plus legendary musicians Daniel Lanois, Buddy Miller and Greg Liesz. Nat King Cole's brother Freddy Cole, a jazz pianist and singer, has a 3 p.m. gig at the Lucas with the Marcus Roberts Trio, and violinist Daniel Hope and his classical friends are at the Telfair at 6 p.m. with a program of "German String Masterpieces."
