CHARLOTTE indie rock/reggae band returns to Barrelhouse South. Blending funk and rock into their sound, guitarist Cameron Brown, percussionist/drummer Joey Vachon, trombonist Brandon Hucks, bassist Jon Reed, and drummer David Hamilton Jr. continue to win audiences over.
The band hit the ground running with their first record, Just Add Water, which won Indie-Ville Reggae Album of the Year in 2011. The followup, Life Worth Livin, debut at No. 5 on the iTunes Top Reggae Album Charts. This year, their single “Sit Around,” engineered and mixed by Passafire’s Ted Bowne and featuring Zach Fowler of Sun-Dried Vibes.
Over the years, the band has performed with Sublime with Rome, Michael Franti and Spearhead, Slightly Stoopid, Keller Williams, Blues Traveler, and more.
