South Florida’s Spred The Dub heads north to share their own "Good Time Reggae" music. Blending rocksteady, ska, roots reggae, soul, funk, and R&B together, the band has come a long way since its humble beginnings as a weekly reggae jam night in Palm Beach. Those evenings of improvisational jam and vamping went on to inspire their eclectic live show.
The band has shared the stage with genre favorites like Passafire, Dirty Heads, The Skatalites, and more. Live, they’ll dish out originals, modern classics with an added surprise reggae and dub twist, and reggae standards that will get the whole crowd singing along.
Spred The Dub joins Atlanta’s own rock/electronic/Motown duo Roshambeaux. With guitars, drums, and keyboards, Kyle Iconic and J. Chastain trade off and trigger loops and effects to make a highly danceable, full sound.
