Police this afternoon report that "Violent Crimes Detectives of Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police Department arrested Laquan Givens, 16, on May 10, charging him with murder and probation violation in the May 7 shooting death of Kathy Henry, 43. Givens was arrested during a warrant service at his residence on the 1300 block of East 54th Street," which is in the immediate vicinity of the shooting itself.
