H&M, Savannah Tap Room set to open on Broughton
Ben Carter Enterprises announced today that two new retailers will open on Broughton Street.

"Savannah Tap Room, an eatery offering American fare, will open on 225 E Broughton Street in Aug. 2015," says a spokesperson. "H&M, the high fashion international retailer, will open on 240 W Broughton Street in June 2016. Both will join retailers such as J. Crew, lululemon, Palm Avenue and Goorin Bros. as part of The Broughton Street Collection."

“Before The Broughton Street Collection announced plans to reinvigorate its historic properties, the street was already home to a variety of local, regional and national retailers, including Savannah Bee Company, Kate Spade, Free People, The Paris Market, Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, Modern General and Levy Jewelers,” said Quito Anderson, CEO of Ben Carter Enterprises.

“We are continuing to build on this unique mix of retailers to make Broughton Street into a centerpiece destination in Savannah.”
