Keith Kozel is a well-known and beloved local singer, songwriter and artist, serving as frontman for popular bands GAM, Superhorse, The Hall Monitor and the Foxedos. You may also know him as kitchen manager at Vinnie Van Go-Go's.

Keith has battled a rare degenerative kidney disease for several years. He has endured a stroke as a result which left him with permanently impaired vision.

Connect is told that both of his kidneys are now in final stages of failure, and he must have dialysis and/or a kidney transplant in order to survive.

He has been forced to resign his job due to his illness, and is now unemployed.

Keith's friends are asking that folks spare whatever they can to help out.

All major credit and debit cards are accepted, and you may give as little as $5.
