The first two days of the 2015 St. Patrick’s Day Festival has led to 18 arrests.

As of 4 a.m. Sunday, Savannah Chatham Police have charged five people – all juveniles -- for theft by receiving, three for public intoxication, two for disorderly conduct, two for swimming in the river, and one each for underage drinking, theft by taking, probation violation, possession of marijuana, criminal trespass and contempt of court.,/p>
