Police continue search for leads in weekend homicides

Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police continue to seek information on fatal weekend shootings that left two men dead.

Devonte Mumford, 21, of a South Parkwood Drive address, was found with a gunshot wound at 8:25 p.m. Friday in the parking lot of the Overtime Sports Bar and Grill on the 4400 block of Skidaway Road.

Antonio Duncan, 37, of the 4100 block of Heard Street, was shot in a vehicle as he traveled north on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard between West Liberty Street and West Oglethorpe Avenue about 12:30 a.m. Saturday. He had been traveling north on MLK in a candy apple green 1981 Chevrolet Malibu station wagon.

Both men were transported to Memorial University Medical Center where they died.
