Beginning in January after being sworn in, Eddie DeLoach will be Savannah’s next mayor, having defeated incumbent Mayor Edna Jackson. Brian Foster triumphed over Alicia Blakely for Alderman at Large Post Two. Bill Durrence won over incumbent Mary Osborne for District Two.
