No disrespect to City Hall, but the Owens-Thomas House is not only the most significant single piece of architecture in Savannah, it is one of the most unique and historically significant in the nation. The William Jay-designed Regency masterpiece is a popular house museum run by Telfair Museums and one of the area’s premier attractions.
